Shopping out of town? If you are in Madrid you can go in person, otherwise WOW awaits you online. The first phygital experiential concept store based in the Spanish capital is a new concept of Reatail, which encompasses physical and digital.

Led by Dimas Gimeno, Hugo Cortada and Rafa Medina , the WOW project is presented as an ambitious model and a launch planned in two phases: the first will be online, through the Omnichannel platform , hosting the best, most exclusive products selected by a team of experts. The second phase will be the inauguration of the store in the building formerly occupied by the Hotel Roma, built in 1911 at number 18 of Gran Via in Madrid. This unique location will become the ‘place to be’; an unmissable meeting point in the tourist area of ​​Madrid.

The final goal? Reaching a young audience open to new things. From the consumer’s point of view, WOW offers a space where customers can interact with products and brands through the latest technologies, such as virtual reality, 3D projections and the use of interactive screens: all accompanied by DJ sets, artistic performances and an experiential food tasting. WOW is a gamble created to redefine a new era for shopping that satisfies all the senses.
